Refund Policy

 

At SHHL.com.au, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a remedy as required under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Refunds or Replacements

We are happy to offer a refund, replacement, or repair for faulty or damaged products, or products that don’t meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. This may include:

    •    A replacement of the faulty item.

    •    A refund if a replacement is not possible.

    •    A repair for items that are faulty but can be fixed.

 

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully. This is in line with our Shipping Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

 

Reporting Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at shhl@outlook.com.au to initiate the process. We may ask you to provide photos or other details to help resolve the issue quickly.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a faulty or damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item. If the return is for change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
